Aluminum Barrels

StandOff Barrels are machined from aircraft-grade aluminum. Standard Round Barrels are available in 8 diameters and lengths ranging from 1/4" up to 12” long. Matching StandOff Caps are available for all sizes. Square Barrels can be found in the Square Caps section.

Custom Barrel lengths can be made from our StructureLite 1-1/4" and 2-1/2" extrusion profiles. StandOff Barrels are finished in Clear Satin Anodize, or you can select from our custom colors and finishes.
