Ball Hinges & Pivots

Ball Hinges & Pivots are machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and clear anodize finished. They provide a multi-functional attachment to 1-1/4" StructureLite Extrusion Profiles. There are three styles available, each having a different purpose.

Ball Travelers are designed to 'travel' to a desired point on the extrusion and then be locked in position with a set screw. They provide and attachment point along the length of an extrusion that way.

Ball Hinge Assemblies, also available separately as male and female parts, can be set anywhere along the length of 1-1/4" extrusion. They provide a butt joint for attaching another length of extrusion that can be set at a desired angle and locked into position.

Ball Pivot Assemblies, available as separate male and female parts, provide a junction two extrusion lengths meet in a fitting that travels on a perpendicular extrusion creating legs or an 'A' frame for structural uses.
