Cross Member Mounting Bracket & Connection Pins

Cross Member Mounting Brackets make ends for both types of Cross Members to be attached to StructureLite Travelers, Extrusions and other hardware. They use SL-VGP, V-grooved pins in the Bracketed end with our standard 5/16-18 threads on the attachment end.

Connection Pins are steel pins made in several styles each having specific applications in various Gyford StandOff Systems™ assemblies. There are three styles of V-Groove pins all having 5/16-18 threads on one end and a V-Groove held by Cone Point set screws on the other.

Press Fit Pins have 5/16-18 threads on one end and the other end is a press fit into SL-Bar, SL-Prof, SL-Prof D and SL-Prof90 extrusions and other hardware. Both are knurled and can be retained better with the use of metal-to-metal epoxy. One of them also has a set screw to lock it into position.
