Extrusions

StructureLite Extrusions or profiles, are proprietary extrusions made to our exact specifications. Custom extrusions ensure the Quality Fit & Finish is per our specifications matched to the tolerances, dimensions and design of Gyford StandOff Systems™.

Extrusions are 8', 12' or 16' lengths depending on which profile is needed. Solid profiles are made for the EZ-Rod product line including the 5/8" diameter EZ-Rod which had a 1/4" diameter hole through the center. There are six 1-1/4" diameter extrusion profiles each designed for specific design applications. There are three 2-1/2" diameter profiles available and 1-3/4" and 3" diameter tube profiles also in stock.
