Geometric Caps

StandOff Geometric Caps are machined from aircraft-grade aluminum. They are currently available in Square Cap or Hex Cap styles.

Square Caps are made in 1" size with 1" Square Barrels available to match. Please note that 1" Square Barrels, available in 1" or 2" lengths, have a set screw to lock the cap stud once the cap is snugged and squared with the barrel to keep the two parts in alignment.

Hexagonal Caps come in 1" & 1-1/4" sizes that work with our standard Round Barrels of the same sizes. They can be tightened using a number of tools but our HD-HCW1 can be used to reduce the potental for marring the cap especially if you are installing a large quantity of them.

All Geometric Caps that are tapped for attachment use 5/16-18 Threads. Geometric Caps are available in standard Clear Satin Anodize or, at additional cost, Black Anodize.
