Heavy Connection Washer

Heavy Connection Washers are used with EZ-Wire Turnbuckles inside the turnbuckle caps to center the wire in the turnbuckle and allow the cap to rotate for tightening without twisting the wire.

Heavy Connection Washers work with WS-Wire 3/64" wire and 1/8" stainless steel wire. It's important to remember the order of assembly when putting turnbuckles together because the entire assembly on the wire is retained by a permanently installed Swage for the final assembly. These assemblies can be seen on page 67 of the EZ-Rod & Wire Catalog.
