Hub Assemblies & Tabs

StructureLite Hub Assemblies & Tabs make several different types of StructureLite Extrusion Profile connections possible. They are machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and clear satin anodize finished. All Hubs are 1-1/4" diameter and have shafts that insert into SL-Bar, SL-Prof, SL-Prof D or SL-Prof 90 Extrusion Profiles.

Hub inserts a secured in position with set screws but they can be permanently attached using the set screw and epoxy. To the 1-Way Wire you can attach 3/64" EZ-Wire and WS-Wire or 1/8" stainless steel wire. All the other 1-Way Hubs are drilled to accept an SL-CP Connection Pin which provided a 5/16-18 thread for attaching other Gyford StandOff Systems™ hardware. There are two Slotted Hubs that match slotted or grooved StructureLite profiles.
