Low Profile Caps

Low Profile Caps are designed to be almost flush with the surface they are used on. They are available in the same standard diameters as our Round Caps to fit our Round Barrels. The HD-NW Neoprene Wrench, at the bottom of the page, is used to grip Low Profile Caps when tightening. Smaller Low Profile Caps are broached to accept a HD-AD2 tool, also at the bottom of the page, for tightening.

Low Profile Caps standard finish is Clear Satin Anodize with Black Anodize available for additional cost. They are machined from aircraft-grade aluminum. Oversized Low Profile Caps in 2-1/2" diameter, work with our StructureLite custom extrusions for mounting and finishing 2-1/2" StructureLite extrusion profiles.
