Profile Inserts

Profile Inserts are soft vinyl or plastic extrusions inserted in extrusion profiles to allow placement of glass, plexiglass or other materials in extrusion grooves. They are designed to protect materials from contact with the metal of the profile.

Plastic Cover Strip is and insert designed for a filler in the extrusion groove to provide an attractive finished appearance. It is available in 8' lengths.

Flexible Spline is a soft vinyl insert that conforms to bend and moderate curves. It accepts 1/8" or 1/4" thick materials. It comes in rolls and can be cut to any length below 100'.

Rigid Spline is hard plastic and comes in 8' lengths. It accepts materials 3/16" to 1/4" thick.
