Round Caps

StandOff Round Caps are machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and manufactured in diameters that match our StandOff Barrels. The most popular selection of Round Caps are tapped in a variety of thread sizes and are sold with a threaded stud up to 1-1/2" long.  Also available are one-piece Cap and Stud assemblies, un-drilled "blank", or a drilled-through version that accepts a 5/16-18 thread low head socket cap screw that is covered with a brushed aluminum disc for finishing.  We understand that one size does not fit all applications, and offer additional hardware options to try and meet your specification.

Round Caps are available in a Clear Satin or Black Anodize finish.  We also offer custom sizes, colors and finishes.
