Gyford StandOff Systems®Customer Service Representatives are extensively trained on the requirements for typical installations of StandOff, Wire Suspension, EZ-Rod & Wire and StructureLite product lines. They are trained in our Packaging and Shipping Department to fulfill orders before they become Customer Service Representatives to ensure they know our products inside and out. They are skilled in helping you determine the proper fasteners needed to complete your project in the most efficient way. Customer Service Representative can and will answer all but the most technically difficult questions as they walk you through the order process.
