Wall Plates & Pulleys

EZ-Rod Wall Plates & Pulleys provide mounting points that EZ-Wire 1/8" stainless steel wire can wrap around to provide alignment and an end mounting point for EZ-Wire assemblies. Besides the individual parts used, they can be purchased as a complete assembly to make parts selection and ordering easier.

EZ-Rod Wall Plates provide surface mounting points for all kinds of Gyford StandOff Systems™ installations. They are very similar to our flat faced EZ-Wall Mount Brackets in function but are machined with a relief to accept many systems parts with a beveled base for a different finished appearance and 4-point instead of 3-point mounting. They are available with our standard 5/16-18 Thread or machined to accept a Low Head machine screw.

EZ-Wire Pulley Grippers are used to mount Pulleys to Wall Plates and other systems hardware. They are made with a hex socketed set screw used to 'lock' the pulley position once the entire installation is adjusted and aligned as desired.

EZ-Wire Pulleys used with Pulley Grippers provide a pivoting turn-around mounting point for EZ-Wire installations. Once a system is adjusted to its final set-up, they can be 'locked' with the Pulley Gripper as described above. So long as one end of a system using EZ-Wire Pulleys is mounted solid, no pulley lock is needed.

EZ-Rod & Wire Wall Plates & Pulleys are machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and finished with clear satin anodize.
